definitely worth paying the one time payment if you are out of shape and need something consistent and simple to get you going. it's not complicated or overwhelming but very effective. I've seen people online saying that this kind of training plan is not efficient and that you should be doing all these other workouts and exercises. but that's all overwhelming for a beginner and this just works to get you to that 5k. it's a little dated but in kind of a nostalgic charming way. old but works!

Great and gradual progression as time goes by! Really a must for my arthritis. Update: 11-21-24 The app is still working well. I use it to train after periods of bad weather and not being able to run outside as much. I love that I can listen to my own music in the background. The prompt "hey there! Awesome runner, have a great run today", is pretty cheesy in my opinion. Lol. That being said, I have no complaints.

I like the basic idea of the app and fully intended to purchase it if it worked but it repeatedly closes out in the middle of the run. I will start thinking the interval is lasting a really long time and look at my phone and it has force quit and closed even when in "locked" mode. I have to start all over again or try to guess where I was and its really affecting my progress.
